RevBridge AI LLC and RevBridge AI Brazil act as Data Controllers for the personal data we collect directly from users.

When our clients upload or import contact lists, email recipients, or lead data, our clients act as Data Controllers and RevBridge AI acts strictly as a Data Processor / Operator.

  • Contact your leads
  • Analyze your contacts independently

This is required by LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA.

8. Data Retention

We retain data:

  • As long as your account is active
  • As necessary to provide the Services
  • As required by law (tax, compliance, fraud, billing)
  • Until you request deletion (when legally possible)

After deletion requests, data may remain in backup systems for a limited period with restricted access.
