Help us build the marketing platform that runs itself
We are a small, deliberately senior team working on a hard problem at the intersection of applied machine learning, multi-channel messaging, and brand-aware generative AI. If the idea of replacing campaign-and-pick workflows with always-on Multi-Armed Bandit reallocation sounds like the most interesting problem you could be working on, we want to talk.
How we work
Four things that show up in every product debate
Bias toward the autonomous version
When we have to choose between a feature that requires a marketer to babysit it and a feature that runs itself, we ship the autonomous version, even if it takes longer. Every interface we build should converge toward the marketer describing intent, not configuring pipelines.
Math earns its keep
We use Multi-Armed Bandits, Bayesian inference, and causal estimation because they win on the metric that matters, not because they are interesting. If a heuristic gets us 95% of the lift at 5% of the complexity, the heuristic ships.
Read the data before the doc
Every customer-facing decision starts with the data. We have a strong learning culture: cohort analyses, retention curves, and per-customer value distributions are how we frame product debates, not anecdotes from the last call.
Small teams, full ownership
We staff a problem with the smallest team that can solve it end-to-end and give that team the call on architecture, scope, and rollout. We do not have separate teams for "the API" and "the UI" for the same surface.

We hire opportunistically: when we meet someone exceptional, we make room. If working on always-on Multi-Armed Bandit optimization sounds like your kind of problem, we still want to hear from you.
