Turn a one-off order into a habit
Delivery is won on frequency and timing. RevBridge learns each customer's rhythm, lands the right nudge just before the next order window, and keeps message pressure low enough to protect the relationship.

Campaigns of a demo delivery brand. Note the shape of the business in the numbers: far more sends than a retailer, a much smaller basket, and the volume concentrated where a meal window is.

Frequency is retention, and timing is frequency
In delivery, a customer's value isn't in the first order, it's in how often they come back. But the same channel that drives reorders punishes overuse. A generic promo blasted to the whole base buys a spike of orders and a wave of opt-outs, and it's exactly that base you most need to keep.
RevBridge treats timing and fatigue as the same problem. The Multi-Armed Bandit engine learns each person's rhythm and weighs the lift of every send against its fatigue cost, firing only when the expected return justifies it. WhatsApp and RCS carry both the order update and the next relevant offer, in the same place the customer already tracks delivery.
The right channel, customer by customer
Not every customer responds on the same channel. RevBridge tests WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS per person and sends first where it converts. Many operations start with lapsed-user win-back, where the return shows up fast, and expand from the results, on pay-as-you-go pricing, with no annual commitment.
What RevBridge brings to delivery brands
One optimization engine, pointed at the outcomes your team is measured on.
Timed to the next order window
The engine learns each customer's rhythm (weekday lunches, Friday dinners, monthly restocks) and lands the nudge just before the window opens, not hours after it closes.
Fatigue control by design
In a high-frequency channel, one message too many costs you the opt-out. RevBridge caps pressure per user and suppresses any send that would erode the relationship more than it earns.
Promotions without margin erosion
Test which incentive actually changes behavior (free delivery, a basket threshold, a bundle) instead of defaulting to the deepest coupon on every order and training customers to wait.
Updates and offers on one rail
Reach customers where they already track orders. WhatsApp and RCS carry both the operational update and the next relevant offer, drawn from a single Customer 360.
How teams put RevBridge to work
Concrete plays that go live in the first campaign, not the third quarter.
Reorder & frequency
Move active customers from monthly to weekly by nudging at each person's proven reorder moment, with the item or category they return to most.
Off-peak demand shaping
Fill quiet hours and slow days by targeting the customers most likely to respond to a time-boxed offer, without discounting the peak orders you would have won anyway.
Dormant-user reactivation
Catch customers before a two-week gap becomes churn. The engine picks the incentive and channel proven to bring each dormant segment back.
First order to second order
The second order is where retention is decided. RevBridge sequences the follow-up that turns a trial order into a repeat, tuned to how each customer first arrived.
