Use case
Churn is a decision your customer makes long before you see it
By the time a customer looks lapsed, the decision is already old. RevBridge reads the decay while they are still active, the order interval stretching, the opens thinning, and intervenes with the message that keeps them, not the apology that admits you lost them.

Creative optimization on a churn-prevention campaign. The two lines that treat the customer as present are winning; the one that says "we noticed you have not been around" is losing badly.

Illustrative figures. RevBridge reports your own numbers against a randomized holdout.
By the time a customer looks lapsed, their decision is old
The usual retention rule is a threshold of days without an order. It arrives late by construction: by the time a customer crosses it, they have already stopped. And it misclassifies the base, because it treats someone who has always bought once a quarter the same as someone who bought weekly and has just been silent for twenty days.
RevBridge reads risk against the customer's own baseline, held in Customer 360: the order interval stretching, the engagement falling below what that person used to do. The Multi-Armed Bandit engine then tests what holds that customer, and the holdout group shows how many would have stayed anyway.
Prevention and win-back are not the same job
This page is about the customer who is still buying, just more slowly. Someone who has already gone quiet belongs to win-back, with different creative and different economics. Sending a win-back message to an active customer is a mistake they notice, and it often causes the very exit the message was meant to prevent. When the decay is caused by fatigue, the right move is to send less.
What RevBridge brings to churn prevention
One optimization engine, pointed at the outcomes your team is measured on.
Act on the signal, not the symptom
A customer who has not bought in 90 days is not at risk, they are gone. Risk looks like a shortening engagement curve and a lengthening order interval, and it is visible weeks earlier. That earlier window is where retention is cheap.
Do not tell a customer they are churning
The single most common mistake in retention is announcing the problem. A "we miss you" message sent to an active customer plants the idea that they had left. The engine tests these lines and consistently kills them in favour of copy that treats the customer as present.
Spend margin only where it changes the outcome
Most retention discounts go to customers who were never going to leave, which is pure margin lost. Scoring risk per customer means the incentive goes to the ones whose behaviour actually says they are wavering.
Proof that you changed anything
Retention programs are notoriously easy to fake: hold a discount at the base and every metric improves. A randomized holdout separates the customers you saved from the ones who were staying regardless.
How teams put RevBridge to work
Concrete plays that go live in the first campaign, not the third quarter.
Early-decay intervention
The core play. When a customer's interval starts stretching or their engagement drops below their own baseline, the engine moves before the gap becomes a lapse.
Category and habit re-anchoring
Customers churn out of a habit before they churn out of a brand. Re-engage around the category they actually buy, with the product they would buy next, rather than with a generic offer.
Fatigue management
Sometimes the cause of churn is you. The engine holds back sends where message pressure is the thing driving the decay, which is the intervention nobody builds and everybody needs.
Handing off to win-back
When prevention fails and a customer does go quiet, they belong to a different play with different creative. RevBridge moves them into win-back rather than sending an active-customer message to someone who has stopped being one.
